Refund policy
All sale items/items purchased during a promotional sale are final sale. JM will happily accept returning items for store credit only. At this time we do not issue refunds on any orders. All exchanges and returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and can be requested by emailing info@joellemeaghan.com. Virtual Gift Cards are final sale.
- All exchanges must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, etc.)
- Any shipping fees associated with exchange orders are the responsibility of the customer.
- We reserve the right to reject any exchange that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
- Original shipping fees are not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
